Return and exchange terms

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.

Return conditions for goods of good quality

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, there are two reasons why the buyer can return or exchange the goods he purchased:

1. if the product does not correspond to the quality declared by the manufacturer;

2. if the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.

Returns are made using the transport services of the Nova Poshta company.

The return must be of proper quality, namely:

- product packaging is not damaged

- complete set

- there are no mechanical damages

- no traces of use

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods by the seller.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, if defects are identified during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to demand:

- proportional reduction in price;

- free elimination of product defects;

- reimbursement of expenses for eliminating product defects.

- If defects in the goods that cannot be repaired are detected, the Client may request a replacement of the goods or a refund. Notification of receipt of goods of inadequate quality must be carried out within the first 24 hours after receipt of the goods by the Client by telephone call or email dashuri.ua@gmail.com, or in messenger by phone number:

The consumer requirements provided for in this article cannot be implemented if the seller, manufacturer (an enterprise that satisfies the consumer requirements established by part one of this article) proves that the defects of the product arose as a result of the consumer violating the rules for using the product or storing it. The consumer has the right to participate in checking the quality of the product personally or through his representative.

Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods by the seller.

According to the Law 'On the Protection of Consumer Rights', the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
